Fenny Fever was launched in April 2007 to develop community social networking and enhance social interaction amongst young Goan people within London. The group coordinate events and bring Goans and non-Goans together to participate in events and parties. Fenny Fever is an organisation that collectively aims to widen links for the young Goan community.
The name Fenny Fever comes from the Goan National Drink as we all know it to be Fenni (either from the cashew or Coconut Palm). The group's objective is to inject a fun flavour to our lives in the way that Fenni does – leaving only a good and long-lasting memory of the taste!
Since 2007, Fenny Fever have hosted a number of exclusive events - including daytime outings, but became famous for their private functions. The interest was phenomenal and saw a massive growth of its followers –boasting sell out status at many of our events.
Fenny Fever have had the opportunity to invite the feature of special guest performances such as D Walker (Supporting Act to Joe, Ginuwine, Donnell Jones, Musiq Soulchild, & Avant), UK Funky vocalist Meleka performing 'Go' (The Crazy Cousinz remix) at our 2nd Bday Bash - the largest event to date. & Big Man ZEST performing jumpi in da Middle & Skank' (PLay Entertainments)
Taking pride in our selection of music, we offer the very best DJs even from Goan heritage (Danda & Deevine) and even Special Guest DJs such as DRE (Radio 1 & Safe Radio), MR Play (Play Ents) and our very own FF resident Mr Smoke.
Visit the Music & Video page for exclusive event footage & the latest videos from our special guests
The future aim of Fenny Fever is to continue hosting private parties and to expand on event type so that members can really enjoy social networking in all of its forms.
